Our Story
RISE360 Academy was founded by a young, visionary black female entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in operational management, leadership, and training. Her journey from a Customer Service Agent to Managing Director in the training sector inspired the birth of RISE360 Academy — a response to the challenge of youth unemployment and lack of practical, workplace-ready skills in South Africa.
Born in October 2025, RISE360 Academy was created to empower individuals through relevant, high-quality education and mentorship. Under her leadership, the academy continues to drive transformation and inspire a generation of skilled, confident, and employable youth who are ready to lead, innovate, and rise.
